Delicious Italian Frise

Italian Frise... I thought it was really weird at first

My friend started dipping the bread in the water for a couple minutes and I was pretty nervous to eat "soggy" bread but it was good! Kind of similar to bruschetta but completely different, and cuisine from southern Italy.
I made it for my family and they thought it was weird too... 
but then they really liked it!
The secret ingredient: OLIVE OIL!
